From the Sanctuary of San Giovanni, take the mule track (signpost E29) that leads to Colle della Colma; the first stretch coincides with one of the "Mountain and Culture" itineraries and goes along an easy flat mule track. In the locality of Case Gamma there is the crossroads with the E1 trail, but you continue along the E29 towards Cascine Selletto and then reach the Galleria di Rosazza road up to Colle della Colma. From here, descend along path D17 to the Sanctuary of Oropa.
