From Colle della Croce d'Intror (1947 m) turn left at the crossroads with path ETON409B onto path ETON411A, and you will shortly reach Rifugio Peretti Girvan (1821 m) where you can spend the night and refresh. From here you can continue to the mountain pastures of Pian Frigerole (1809 m). Once past the houses, keep left and take the signposted path ETON409A, which always crosses the springs of the Tessiolo stream along the hillside to reach Alpe Vaccarezza Inferiore (1871 m.); turn onto the uphill path of ETON409 coming from Alpe Cialma di Locana, and on a steep path you firstly come across Alpe Vaccarezza Superiore (1999 m) and then the fork with path ETON409B further on, to continue left on the ETON408B path.
