Leave Palent and go downhill on a clearly visible mule track between dry stone walls to reach the village of Aramola below, where there are beautiful examples of local architecture that are still intact. Keep to the right along an almost flat path through the thick wood to the hamlet of Colletto (1414 m). A short diversion leads to the Cresta del Castello, where a marble statue has commemorated the Madonna of Lourdes since 1958 and from where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the middle valley. Still going downhill you reach the villages of Serremorello, with the ancient parish church, Chiatignano and Sagna, now in the territory of Celle Macra. A last effort uphill allows you to go up the opposite side that is scattered with villages, some of which are still inhabited today: Combe, Rio, Mattalia, Bassura, Paschero and Chiesa, where the stage ends.

Marble statue that recalls the Madonna of Lourdes (Crest of the Castle). Church di Maria Vergine Assunta in Serre Morello (Macra): ancient parish church probably built in the Middle Ages, it preserves a splendid spire bell tower and a portal with stone sculptures. The chapel is dedicated to Maria Addolorata; as is usual in tradition, the ancient cemetery is next to it.
