Highlights and tour details
From Lago della Drajo, 13 laghi bivouac, descend southwards on mule track 228 that crosses the Rio dei 13 Laghi. The path goes up with some turns on the northern side of the Costa Belvedere, passing next to some mine chambers built by the military for any possible interruption of it and, bypassing a rocky ridge (2445 m), passes the point quoted at 2427 metres with a very slight descent. After a long diagonal and a few twists and turns you reach the bottom of the Clapou valley, which culminates on the left with Colle Rousset (2536m). The path, going against a rocky barrier for a stretch in a W-N-W direction, then bends to the left. After winding up a steep slope, you reach the summit at an altitude of 2388 m and then continue slightly uphill on the north-western slopes of M. Pegrò to reach Colle Giulian. Turn right and take the path that descends towards the valley in the direction of Ghigo di Prali (path 207). The descent is on a nice and fairly steep path in the Vallone della Miniera that becomes a dirt road that firstly passes Miande Selle (1703 m) and then Miande Alberge (1626 m) until it reaches the village of Malzat.
