The Stage starts from the town of Cesana Torinese taking trail 606 towards Bousson to continue on the left hydrographic side of the Ripa stream. Shortly before the town of Bousson, the route abandons trail 606 to cross a pedestrian bridge and head towards an ancient municipal road, which continues, passing the town of San Ubaldo, towards the hamlet of Rollieres, in the Municipality of Sauze di Cesana. From here, take trail 617 which passing through Rollieres goes back to the hydrographic left to connect with the Balcony Trail. Having reached 620 continue along this trail to Claviere taking a track that follows part of stage 7 of the SB (Balcony Trail): pass through Thures to head towards Rhuilles and climb (trail 250) towards the Grange Chabaud continuing to climb towards Col Begino. From here, always coinciding with the SB (Balcony Trail) (628) descend towards Lake Nero to resume the climb towards Capanna Mautino and continue towards Col Saurel. From here, descend along Val Gimont (629) towards Claviere. Before the town of Claviere, coinciding with the state border, at 1950 m above sea level, the stage concludes at the entrance to the French trail that from Col Boef descends to Monginevro.
