Starting from the Vrù hamlet of Cantoira, trail 330A enters the beech forest meeting the road in the last section before reaching the hamlet of Lities (1144 m). Taking trail 329, climb through the last sections of wood to arrive in a wide valley of grazing areas with the ancient stone buildings of the mountain pastures distributed on the slope that leads to the Chapel of San Domenico (1770 m). Start the climb, track 329B, which points almost directly towards the top of Monte Bellavarda (2345 m). Subsequently, following the ridge in a north-west direction, descend along the more rugged section 327 and in which it is necessary to pay attention as far as Colle della Paglia (2147 m). 

The descent on the west side, track 326, starts from the colle. It takes to Alpe Paglia Superiore (1857 m) and immediately after to the Sanctuary “Madonna del Ciavanis” (1880 m). After the short deviation to the Sanctuary it is possible to resume track 326 which, still descending, follows the valley where the Rio della Paglia flows. It passes close to Roc d’le Masche that is visible to the right and finally reaches the Hamlet of Vonzo (1231 m). Here, after finding accommodation in private tourist facilities, it is possible to visit the curious geological conformations called “Castej d’le Rive” (monoliths supported by towers of compact soil). 

For those who wish to discover the vast plain of Chialamberto it is possible to reach the chief town which offers numerous tourist services.
