We go back up the right side of the Valsessera along a path that skirts what remains of the former wool mill Bozzalla Pel and some votive chapels to an asphalt road that we take to reach Castagnea. We cross the characteristic village climbing up to a steep path that enters the wood. Once we reach the cemetery of Trivero, we descend first along an old abandoned road, and then along a path in the park, until we cross the Panoramica Zegna road. We climb up towards the Residential Village, passing it to enter the "Foresta Parlante" (speaking forest), an interesting environmental education experiment run by the students of Trivero. After crossing the pastures of the Piane di Barbato, we descend towards the Sanctuary of the Brughiera, and after having walked a stretch of the path for "people with disabilities" we enter the woods, until we reach Capomosso. We walk along the panoramic road in the upper part of the village, and at the hamlet of Ferchiani we take a path that climbs up into the woods to a pass, beyond which we descend gently into the enchanting Poala valley, passing several beautiful farmsteads along the way. We then continue through the pastures until reaching the asphalt road that goes up to Piane di Veglio.
