You leave from the centre of Vinadio following stage 14. When you arrive at the crossroads instead of going in the direction of rifugio Malinvern, take the right and skirt Neraissa di Vinadio and the campsite. Carry on, cross the Stura di Demonte stream and pass on the orographic right. The path develops along the stream on a dirt road surrounded by meadows and mixed forest. Along the way you will come to Rio Vallone and Rio Freddo and without too much difference in altitude you will reach Pratolungo and the village of Roviera. This stage can also lead to the locality of Golletta Sottana. Leaving Vinadio, instead of turning right, follow a stretch of stage 15; once you reach the intersection of the paths between stage 15 and stage 16 you continue in the direction of Perdioni (Demonte).
