Highlights and tour details

The first section allows to admire the south face of Mount Rosa up close reaching the Barba Ferrero Refuge at Alp Vigne Superiore (2247 m). Continue halfway up the mountainside to Alp Testanera, before descending to Alp Mitlentheil (1943 m). From here, you reach Alp Faller and having left the trail that takes to the hill of Turlo on your left continue as far as the hill of Piglimò hill (2485 m). From here, you enter the area of Rima descending first as far as the characteristic houses of Lanciole, to then cross - again halfway up the mountainside to the Alps of Lavazei and Brusiccia (1943 m); remarkable building types on many alpine meadows. You tackle a last section uphill to Alp Vallè where the homonymous Refuge is located (2175 m).
