Highlights and tour details

A stage with moderate development but relatively easy and characterised by a small uphill difference in height compared to the more notable downhill one. From the Ravelli bivouac (2503 m) we go back down the Otro valley to Pianmisura (1848 m). From here we climb in the direction of Passo Zube reaching Passo Foric (2356 m) which allows us to go back down in the Olen valley to Alpe Seiwji where the Rifugio Città di Mortara is located. A short uphill stretch leads us to Colle delle Pisse (2396 m) where there is a small lake with a perfect view of the south face of Monte Rosa. We then descend back down to Alpe Bors (Rifugio Crespi Calderini) and from here we reach Alpe Pile where the Rifugio Pastore (1575 m) is located.
