The Bosco delle Sorti della Partecipanza di Trino Nature Park is a protected natural area in Piedmont established in 1991. It occupies an area of 584.58 hectares in the province of Vercelli.

During Roman times the wood was sacred, probably to the god Apollo. The park protects what remains on the Montarolo hill of the vast forests that covered the Vercelli plain, which were cut down in the Middle Ages during major land reclamation works. The Partecipanza was the association of families to whom Boniface I, Marquis of Monferrato, granted the use of the woods in 1202. (Itinerary mapped by Claudio Trombin)
