Follow the road for a short stretch from the hamlet of Damiani towards the rural group of houses of the Grange up to a sharp bend to the left where there is a crossroads; take the fork on the right that goes up into the woods keeping near the ridge until you reach the Costa Guinze where the dirt road meets another fork. Keep to the main part that continues ahead and shortly afterwards meets another fork coming from S.Lucia, just before reaching the Pilone di Rocca Stella shrine. Now on more open terrain on the S.Lucia side, follow a hillside stretch that precedes the last section of the route that directly reaches the ridge where there is the main Curnis Auta route in Costa dell'Arpiola.
