From Colle del Lys, climb to Monte Arpone (1600 m) along track 570D. From the top, descend staying on the ridge in a southerly direction on trail 011 to reach the Sanctuary of Madonna della Bassa (1157 m). From the Sanctuary, always on trail 011, descend to Borgata Savarino (740 m) and Borgata Lucco (620 m ) of Val della Torre where there are private accommodation facilities to stop and rest or, alternatively, you can reach the centre of the town where there are other accommodation facilities.
