From the hamlet of Strepeis di Bagni di Vinadio you cross over the stream on a wooden bridge and proceed along a dirt road. Leave the junction for Bagni on the left (the bridge collapsed, and connection was interrupted in September 2009) and the road begins to climb in the long Insciauda valley. The road ends at around 1500 metres altitude and you proceed along the stream on path P16. You reach a ford (1780 m) and the path begins to climb with narrow hairpin bends along the left side of the river, to a mountain pasture at around 1900 m altitude. From there you cross a rocky part and another ford, shortly reaching Passo di Bravaria (2311 m). From the pass you head to the south with a slightly descending hillside on detrital and rocky terrain affected by local small landslides and erosion. Be careful not to slip on the abundant detritus material along this stretch. You reach a ledge where there is a small lake at 2150 metres altitude and, with a last stretch on the hillside, you reach S. Anna di Vinadio in front of Rifugio Tesina.
