Follow the road from Airale uphill towards the west and pass the villages of Bruni, Molino, Chiapue Sottano and Soprano. Continuing on, leave out the diversion that leads to Contre and follow the signs for Sapè. Here the road becomes steeper and going uphill with some hairpin bends you enter a beautiful chestnut grove. After a few hundred metres you reach a crossroads where you keep left until reaching the houses of Sapè Soprano (1196 m). Without entering the hamlet, turn left and continue on a dirt road until you reach the chapel of the hamlet; after a hairpin bend the road passes above the houses heading west. Continue on a dirt road in the direction of Colle dell’Ortiga; after going through a thick wood and reaching a junction at an altitude of 1595 m - from which with a short diversion you go up to Colle dell’Ortiga - turn left to descend towards Colle dell’Angelino (1310 m) and then continue to the hamlet of Ronvel; just behind the houses a recently restored path leads to cross the Garof brook. Waiting for the restoration of the old path, you enter a private property that authorises transit, making sure you close the gates so the horses that are freely grazing there cannot escape. Go through until you reach the road that leads from Demonte to Vanet; after a few hundred metres uphill, you reach the panoramic hamlet (1000 m).
