From the Rousset bivouac return to the watershed to continue on the path that had been abandoned in the previous stage. Skirt Rocca Radevil fortress and then cross Colle del Ortiga, Beccas di Mezzodi' and Colle della Barmetta. Afterwards you come to the panoramic viewpoint of Alpe di Rittana at 1796 m. Now continue downhill towards Costa Arpiola to reach the Chiot Rosa. From here you take the dirt road that leaves the ridge and descends on the side of Valle Stura encircling the entire slope until you reach the Refuge in the locality of Paraloup at an altitude of 1361 metres.
